Become an intern

Are you our new intern?

We are continuously looking for talented individuals who want to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team. Are you interested in an internship in a dynamic team where you can work with graphics, web development, email campaigns, and much more? If so, you might be the one we are looking for!

We are constantly involved in significant projects and could use some bright and creative minds who are eager to tackle the tasks with us.

We offer you the opportunity for many exciting tasks where you have ample opportunity to shape your responsibilities. Throughout the process, you will have a main contact person who is always ready to assist you, ensuring that your internship meets your expectations.

Who are we?

Filterhuset is one of Denmark's leading suppliers of filters for residential ventilation. Filterhuset is Danfilter's online shop with sales targeted at private customers, specializing in air filtration. We have our own factory in Farum, Denmark, where we develop and manufacture filters. With high ambitions to be the best, we set lofty goals and achieve them. Development is crucial for us, and we thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Our team is diverse, with everyone contributing to a positive atmosphere and engaging in social events. We emphasize the importance of creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and enjoys coming to work. Marketing holds a high priority in our strategy and organization, so you will become part of a rapidly evolving department. The team consists of experienced professionals who will assist and support you throughout your internship period.

About you

You have a background in marketing and the creative world, knowing how to reach the right audience with the perfect message – whether it's in a video or an email campaign. You can uncover a compelling story and tell it in an exciting and captivating way.

Being a proficient user of Adobe applications and having a good understanding of campaigns, text optimization and web optimization is highly desirable. Experience with Shopify is an advantage but not a requirement.

What is it like to be an intern at Danfilter?

You are always welcome to send us an application, even if your education does not include the classic marketing areas – as long as you, through your education, have something to contribute to us. For example, we have had Annebeth as an intern with us, who is studying the civil engineering program Sustainable Cities, and who's focus has been on conducting a screening of how we as a company can, in the future, have a more sustainable approach to new projects.

Internship. How did it go?

Julie, Internship in Marketing

"It has been a very educational, exciting and fun experience. From the beginning, there was a strong focus on what I wanted to gain from my internship, and I had a lot of say in my tasks. This has resulted in me trying out many different things and gaining insights into areas I hadn't expected initially."

"I've applied much of the theoretical knowledge from my studies, and it's been enjoyable to see how theory translates into practice. For me, it has been incredibly exciting to witness the development from the idea of a project to a finished product that will be used on various platforms and communicated to the company's customers."

Internship. How did it go?

Annebeth, Internship as a Civil Engineer

"I have learned incredibly much about myself and my competencies during my internship at Danfilter. I have been involved in selecting which tasks to take on, providing me with more confidence and experience with a much broader range of topics than I had expected. We collectively planned the internship before I started, but the actual internship offered many more nuances and facets, taking a completely different form than intended. This happened as new challenges arose and others disappeared, shaping the internship based on the tasks that were currently most relevant for both Danfilter and my studies."

"During my internship at Danfilter, I have had significant responsibilities and, among other things, have been in contact with many of Danfilter's suppliers. In collaboration, we have established the opportunity to optimize some of the semi-finished products that Danfilter uses in the production of filters. Additionally, we have laid out a plan for how Danfilter can set higher sustainability requirements for their suppliers and themselves."
